Booking a trip requires a $500 deposit (per person) payable by check or major credit card.  The remaining balance must be paid by check no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the trip.  Send checks to:  Zephyr Adventures,  PO Box 16, Red Lodge, MT  59068.  If you wish to pay the remaining balance by credit card there will be a 3% administrative fee.  Please note we reserve the right to treat your reservation as cancelled if your final payment is not made when due.  If you book a trip 60 days or less before the departure date, the entire trip price must be paid by credit card with the 3% fee on the remaining balance.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your reservation with 90 days or more advance notice, you can apply all payments made to another Zephyr Adventures trip in the same calendar year or the year following.  If you cancel with 90 or fewer days advance notice your deposit and any additional payments are forfeit.  We reserve the right to cancel a Group Trek on rare occasions but in this case you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy for trips requiring an Inca Trail pass:  Your $500 deposit and subsequent payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable seven days after we email you your booking confirmation because we must provide a deposit to ensure space on the Inca Trail, which is limited in numbers.  Please strongly consider travel insurance!
